With HSRI for Employers, you aren’t limited to one or two choices for your health coverage. If your company chooses to use our Full Choice program, you can select from more than a dozen health plans from multiple insurance companies.
Here’s How It Works
- Your employer selects a “base” health coverage plan for the organization.
- Your employer determines the amount they will contribute toward each employee’s premium.
- You can choose the base plan that your employer selected, or if using Full Choice, you can select another plan and use your employer’s contribution to help pay the monthly premium.
- If the plan you select is more expensive than your employer’s base plan, you pay more out of your paycheck. If the base plan is less expensive, you pay less.
