Book an appointment with a Navigator
Looking for 1-on-1 enrollment support? Connect to our network of Navigators and Certified Application Counselors (CACs).
Navigators and Certified Application Counselors are trained and certified through HealthSource RI in partnership with the Rhode Island Health Center Association. They are located across the state to help you review your health insurance options, complete an application, and enroll in a plan that best fits your needs. They provide in person assistance for individuals and families.
Navigators and CACs are available to provide personalized, 1-on-1 enrollment support via phone or Zoom. Click below to book your appointment.

You can also connect to 1-on-1 enrollment support directly from HealthSource RI. If you would prefer in-person assistance from HealthSource RI, our Walk-In Center in East Providence, RI is open by appointment only. Attend a virtual Info Session
Join us at one of our virtual Enrollment Info Session where you will learn more about how to enroll in a 2022 health plan. Our Info Sessions are held virtually via Zoom Webinar and are presented in English only. Your privacy is our top priority and attendees will not see each other’s faces, questions, or contact information.
Can’t make the Info Session? Don’t worry! Navigators will be available via phone to provide same-day 1-on-1 enrollment support after the presentation.

To enroll or renew during your Navigator appointment, please bring the following documents for all members of your family:
- Last 4 weeks of pay stubs
- Social Security numbers
- Most recent tax return
Primary applicants should have:
- Photo ID (driver’s license or passport)
- Your HealthSource RI username and password if you’ve already created an account
- Any recent HealthSource RI or Medicaid notices that you have received
