To simplify the shopping experience, HealthSource RI has enhanced customer service options to include Saturday hours, in-person assistance at the East...Please note that when HealthSource RI reaches out to you to remind you of a bill payment or needed account information update, we never include information such as your account number or a specific dollar amount in our emails or texts. If you should receive such a communication, or one that feels overly threatening or otherwise “off,” please consider that it could be a scam, and protect yourself by logging into the HealthyRhode portal or calling us to verify before making any payment.
