HealthSource RI offers extended service hours for Rhode Islanders who still need to purchase 2018 health insurance
December 31st is the very last day to purchase 2018 coverage. HealthSource RI is extending its hours for last minute shoppers.
PROVIDENCE, RI (December 22, 2017) – Rhode Islanders who don’t receive affordable health coverage through an employer have until December 31 to pick and pay for a 2018 health plan through HealthSource RI.
To help last minute shoppers, HealthSource RI is offering extended hours in the last days of December. From Wednesday, December 27 through Friday, December 29 Rhode Islanders can call the HealthSource RI contact center at 1-855-840-4774 from 8am-10pm and use Walk-In Center services at 401 Wampanoag Trial in East Providence until 8pm. On Saturday, December 30, the call center and Walk-In Center will be open from 9am-5pm.
Customers can enroll online any time before December 31 at www.HealthSourceRI.com.
Small employers who purchase coverage through HealthSource RI for Employers may enroll in health insurance coverage throughout the year at their regular renewal date.
